About
I began this blog with the vague notion that I would post my thoughts about the latest series of Doctor Who. And as a lifeling fan of the show, there are (unsurprisingly) quite a lot of posts about the more recent episodes as well as the various spin-offs. I’ve been a long-time contributor to the Outpost Gallifrey forum, which has now changed it’s name to The Doctor Who Forum.
As my blogging progressed I found I was spiraling off on various tangents (as I tend to do) and including lots of other things – other television programmes, because as well as the good Doctor I enjoy watching other things, especially comedy programmes like The Goodies. And I do love a good history programme too.
My love of comedy extends to the Radio, especially Radio 4 and BBC7. I have a particular love for I’m Sorry I Haven’t a Clue and can often be found at recordings of this and other great shows.
I have a great passion for old things. I love History, so much so that I took myself off to university a couple of years ago to study for a degree in it. I’m now carrying on my studies to Masters degree level, whilst working at the same time.
I live in the UK, further south than is sensible for a northerner!
